Yes, we offer complimentary insured shipping on all orders over $500 within Canada. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
Absolutely. At Calgary Jewellery, we strictly adhere to the Kimberley Process and ensure all our suppliers follow ethical sourcing and fair labor practices.
Do you provide appraisals for insurance purposes?
Yes, every high-value purchase includes a complimentary professional appraisal. We also offer independent appraisal services for your existing collection by appointment.
Can I customize an existing design or create a bespoke piece?
Customization is our specialty. Our master goldsmiths can help you modify an existing design or work with you from scratch to create a one-of-a-kind bespoke piece.
